By accessing or using ColdMailify, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

• No sending of unlawful, abusive, or misleading communications.
• Respect rate limits and deliverability best practices.
• Comply with all anti‑spam laws applicable to your jurisdiction (e.g., CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy).

3. Self‑Hosted Responsibility

You operate your own infrastructure (Docker, Traefik, Mailu, n8n). You are responsible for the security, uptime, and lawful use of your stack.

4. Data

Lead and email data remain yours. We recommend encrypting backups and restricting access to secrets.

5. Warranty & Liability

Provided “as is”. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site.
